2. Eligibility
Entry is open to people aged 18 or over, worldwide where local law permits participation and receipt of the prize.
Employees of Flyinbird, anyone directly involved in administering this giveaway, and their immediate families are not eligible.
No purchase or payment is required. Purchasing a Flyinbird service does not improve your chances of winning.
3. How to enter
During the entry period, complete all three steps:
- Follow the Flyinbird Threads account publishing the original giveaway post.
- Follow both @flyinbirdvisa on Instagram (opens in a new tab) and @flyinbirdholidays on Instagram (opens in a new tab) on Instagram.
- Reply to the original Threads giveaway post with “EUROPE”, your dream European destination and your Instagram username.
Your Instagram username is required so Flyinbird can verify your entry. You must still follow all three accounts when the winner is verified.
One entry per person. Multiple replies do not provide additional entries. Automated entries, impersonation and entries through multiple accounts by the same person are invalid.
Sharing the giveaway or tagging friends is optional and does not increase your chances of winning.
4. Entry period
Entries open when the original giveaway post is published.
Entries close at 11:59 pm GMT on 30 December 2026. Late entries will not be included.
The winner will be announced on 31 December 2026.
5. The prize
There is one winner. The winner may choose one of the following prizes:
Option A Schengen visa application assistance
Flyinbird will waive its standard service fee for one person’s Schengen short-stay tourist visa application.
The assistance includes:
- An initial eligibility and document consultation.
- A personalised document checklist.
- Review of supporting documents.
- Assistance preparing the application form.
- Guidance on the appointment and submission process.
This option is available only where Flyinbird can provide the service for the winner’s country of residence and intended destination. If the service is unavailable, the winner will receive the £150 cash alternative.
Excluded costs include embassy or consular fees, visa application centre charges, premium appointment services, travel insurance, translations, courier charges, flights, accommodation and other third-party costs.
Flyinbird cannot guarantee appointment availability, processing times or visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant authorities.
Option B £150 cash
The winner may choose £150 instead of visa assistance.
If paid in another currency, the amount will be converted using the payment provider’s exchange rate when payment is made. Flyinbird will cover sending fees. Any recipient-bank charges or personal tax obligations remain the winner’s responsibility.
No additional purchase is required to claim either option.
6. Winner selection
One winner will be selected from all valid entries using a verifiably random computer process. Flyinbird will retain evidence of the draw.
Every valid entry has an equal chance of winning.
The prize will be awarded regardless of the number of followers or entries received.
7. Notification and claiming
The winner’s Threads username will be announced by the account that published the original giveaway. Flyinbird will also attempt to contact the winner through their supplied social media account.
The winner must respond within 14 calendar days of the first notification. Flyinbird will make reasonable efforts to contact them before selecting a replacement winner through another random draw.
The winner may be asked privately for information reasonably necessary to verify age, residence, account ownership and eligibility, and to deliver the prize.
Flyinbird will never ask for a payment, card PIN, password or one-time passcode to release the prize.
8. Receiving the prize
The cash prize will normally be paid within 30 days of successful verification and receipt of the necessary payment details.
If visa assistance is chosen, the winner must begin using the service within 12 months of accepting the prize. Actual appointments and processing remain subject to availability.
Once assistance has begun, the prize cannot be exchanged for cash. The assistance prize is for the winner’s own application and cannot be sold or transferred.
9. Personal information
Entry details will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner and deliver the prize.
Entering does not subscribe you to email, telephone or WhatsApp marketing. Any marketing consent will be requested separately.
Flyinbird may publish the winner’s social media username to announce the result. Additional photographs, testimonials or promotional appearances are optional and require separate consent.
To ask about your information or object to publication of your username, contact info@flyinbird.com. Information may still need to be provided confidentially to a regulator to demonstrate that the prize was awarded fairly.

10. Fair administration
Flyinbird may reject entries where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, automation, impersonation or failure to meet these terms.
The closing date will not be extended because follower growth or entry numbers are lower than expected.
Any unavoidable change will be communicated publicly and handled fairly, taking account of existing entrants. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
11. Platform disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Threads or Meta.
To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Instagram, Threads and Meta from liability arising from this promotion. Information provided for the giveaway is provided to Flyinbird, not to those platforms.
