Before you apply

Avoid the
common mistakes.

Most application problems are avoidable. These are the ones we see most often, and how we help you steer clear of them.

  1. 01

    Incomplete documentation

A single missing document can delay an application or raise questions about it.

We check your file against the official checklist before you submit.

  2. 02

    Incorrect travel dates

Dates that don’t line up across bookings, insurance and the form are easy to miss.

We cross check dates across every document.

  3. 03

    Information inconsistencies

Names, addresses or employment details that differ from one document to the next.

We review your details for consistency, line by line.

  4. 04

    Missing supporting evidence

A form on its own doesn’t always explain your circumstances or purpose of travel.

We help you identify evidence that supports your trip.

  5. 05

    Poorly prepared application

A disorganised file is harder to assess, however strong the application behind it.

We help you present everything clearly and in order.

Speak to an expert

It depends on your nationality and travel document. Living in the UK alone does not settle the requirement. Check Armenia’s official nationality tool and any exemption that applies to your actual documents before choosing an eVisa or consular application.

Do not assume it does. Armenia’s current temporary residence-permit exemption lists particular issuing countries, and the UK is not in that published list. Your passport may have a separate exemption, so check your nationality and documents before travelling.

No. The route depends on the passport you hold. Some nationals need an invitation and a consular application rather than the standard online route. Check eligibility first, especially if an online form does not offer your nationality or travel document.

Some nationalities must follow an invitation-based process. Others may use an eVisa or qualify for visa-free travel. An invitation is not a universal requirement, so check Armenia’s official list before asking a hotel or host for documents.

Your passport and the correct application documents are essential. Depending on your nationality and route, you may also need a photograph, travel details, accommodation or an official invitation. Use the checklist for your route rather than assuming a UK residence document is sufficient.

The eligible eVisa route is applied for online. If your nationality requires an invitation-based consular visa, you must follow that process instead. Confirm the route before relying on an online application.

Timing depends on whether you qualify for an eVisa or need a consular application and invitation. Check the current official guidance for that route and leave time for any extra documents. We will help you plan, but cannot promise a fixed decision date.

Read the stay and validity on the visa you receive. Armenia has different visitor visa options, so the longest period mentioned on a website is not automatically your entitlement. Make sure the application option matches the length of your actual trip.

An Armenian visa does not itself give permission to enter Georgia. Check Georgia’s rules for your passport and any qualifying documents separately. Also check whether your Armenian visa permits another entry if you plan to return to Armenia.

The current Armenia page lists £55 per traveller for assistance. Official fees and any additional route-specific costs are separate. We will check your eligibility before recommending an application.
